10 Takar Bazaar

At Kritoggo, we always strive to be innovative and design our campaigns keeping our motto, United We Bring Change, in mind. In Ramadan 2023, under our Food Bank program, we launched “10 taka bazaar” where anyone can buy any item for only 10 taka.

The reason for doing this is to ensure that our beneficiaries do not feel belittled. Oftentimes when we distribute relief items, we encounter individuals who feel embarrassed because of their financial circumstances and how they have to rely on donations. Through this initiative, we are ensuring that they aren’t fully relying on donations. Instead they are buying groceries/food with their hard earned money. And the best part about this is, we will reuse the money collected from our bazaar in our Iftar distribution!

So not only are our customers buying their groceries, they are also keeping the charity chain going; which is big considering most of the recipients hardly get to secure one meal for themselves, let alone give to charity.
